Chocolate cheesecake recipe

Crush the oreo biscuits with the melted butter together, this will be your cheesecake base. Press the cake base firmly into a cool cake tin.

Mix the cheese spread, cream and chocoalte spread together this will be your filling. Place the filling ontop of the biscuit base ensuring its filled the tin to the edge.

Place in the fridge and leave to chill and set. Grate the dark chocolate ontop of the cake as desired and place fresh strawberries ontop also for decoration.

This is a family favourite we all love to make as it takes no time to prepare and is a fun way of introducing the children to fun cooking, you can serve this with some lovely fresh home made icecream or cream and will wow any one that tries it. The only tip needed as it is soo simple is to enjoy and hide from those chocolate lovers in the family or it may disappear!
