Beat the butter and sugar together, then add eggs, flour, cocoa and add milk as required. Mix under the chocolate chips. Bake at 180 Degrees for 10 minutes.

Melt butter, beat in the Chocolate Philadelphia Cheese. Add sugar till you have a soft smooth icing. Pipe onto the cooled cupcakes.

- perfect as little gifts - use your uneaten Easter chocolate eggs to make chocolate chips by putting them in a bag and crush with a rolling pin.
