Grease a square baking tray about 23cms.
Melt the dark chocolate, butter and syrup over a low heat.
Bash the biscuits in a plastic bag.
Add the biscuits and sultanas to the melted chocolate mix.
Pour into the greased baking tray and cool to room temperature.
Melt the milk chocolate and pour over the crunch base.
Chill, cut into slices and it‘s ready to give away, if you can bear it!
Melting the milk chocolate over a bain marie is probably easier than melting directly in a pan.
