Line a 20cm square tin with Bakewell parchment.
Put the cream, chocolate and butter in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water and melt together, stirring occasionally. Make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
Place the amoretti biscuits, nuts and apricots in a bowl and pour over the cooled chocolate mixture. Stir gently.
Pour into the prepared tin, cover with foil, and put in the fridge to set.
To Serve: dust with a mixture of cocoa powder and icing sugar. Indulge!
