A lovely moist cake to have on own or with a nice cup of tea or coffee
Preheat oven to 180,
butter to 8inch tins line tins with baking paper.
Heat butter and choolate in bowl over pan of simmering water when melted set aside.
In bowl whisk together granulated sugar,flour,baking soda,
In seperate bowl whisk eggs add coffee and add the dry ingredients bit by bit then combine between the to tins.
cook on middle shelf for 30 to 35 mins untill cooked,
allow to cool for ten minutes then run a knife along the edge of cake cool on wire rack.
To make frosting heat chocolate and butter in bowl over a simmering pan of water until melted,add vanillia,salt,milk and gradually the iceing sugar until smooth leave to stand for ten minutes.
To fost cake take one layer of cake bottom side up on a serving plate (tuck strips of baking paper under edge of cake) spread about 3/4 of a cup frosting over the top,
place the other cake on top cover with remaining frosting.
