With its sugary rim and stunning two-tiered effect, this elegant tipple, featuring Irish cream liqueur and coffee-flavoured Kahlúa, is sure to impress this festive season.
- Place a martini glass in the freezer 5 mins before you want to serve the cocktail.
- Remove the martini glass from the freezer. Decorate the rim of your glass by running the wedge of lime or lemon around the rim, then put the sugar in a small, shallow dish and dip the glass in the sugar to create a frosty rim to the glass.
- Pour the Kahlúa into the glass, then slowly pour the Baileys down the side of the glass so that it floats on top of the drink. This should achieve a gorgeous two-tiered effect. Serve immediately.
