Preheat oven to 220C (200C fan), Gas 6. Line a muffin tray with 12 paper muffin cases.
Blend the butter and sugar together in processor.
Add one egg, blend and add the other egg.
Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa and the milk to the mixture.
Blend until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into the paper muffin cases.
Bake for 12 mins until well risen and firm to the touch. Cool on a wire rack.
This mixture makes enough for 12 deep muffins ( not 10 as serving suggestion indicates!)
