My wife and I make food hampers for all our friends and family every year for Christmas presents. These are a firm favourite!
Heat the cream in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
Take the cream off the heat and add the broken chocolate
Stir until all the chocolate has melted
Add a little splash of something (baileys works really well)
Put in the fridge to cool
Once cooled and firm roll into balls and cover with coco powder or nuts
Display in a cardboard box from a craft shop and tie with a ribbon.
