Chocolaty Cacao Porridge

In a breakfast bowl, mix the oats with the omega sprinkle, cacao and cinnamon.

Boil the then kettle, add water to cover the oats. Allow to thicken then place in microwave for 1 minute.

Add the banana, and soya milk to mixture, then return to microwave for further minute.

Stir in the nuts and maple syrup, and soya yogurt if using instead of soya milk. Serve straight away.

  • 15g raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 15g almonds
  • 15g hazelnuts
  • 100ml soya milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
