Chorizo and Halloumi Skewers recipe

Chop the chorizo and courgette into rounds.

Chop the red onion into chunks

Chop the halloumi and mushrooms into slices. Cut the Halloumi thickly

Put ingredients onto skewers, alternating them as you progress down the skewer. Put the Halloumi and chorizo together for extra crispiness

BBQ for 10 mins until the skewers are browned

Serve with Cherry Tomatoes

When putting the halloumi onto skewers do it slowly and with the grain to prevent it crumbling
