Combine the orange and grapefruit segments in a large mixing bowl. Dress with the lime juice, tossing gently to coat evenly. Arrange half of the fruit in a 30cm x 10cm x 7cm ceramic dish. Spoon the sugar on top and layer the remaining fruit on top. Chill until ready to serve.
