Halve the plum tomatoes and place in a large bowl. Finely slice the radishes and add to the tomatoes. Slice the avocado flesh and add to the bowl with the pomegranate seeds and jalapeño chilli. Squeeze over the citrus juices, then stir in the mint and olive oil. Season and serve alongside lamb.
