This is slightly adapted from a Jamie Oliver recipie and it tastes lovely
Preheat oven to 180
Add onions and celery to food processor to make paste
Melt knob of butter in a pan and then add onion and celery mix to pan. Add Rosemary and cook down for 5mins.
Add meat and mix while it browns, continue until you can hear the mince in frying (no water in bottom of the pan).
Add tin of tomato puree, white wine, chopped tomatoes and stock and cook for 30mins.
Layer meat mix, white sauce, l and lasagne sheets seasoning as you go.
Cover with foil and and cook for 45mins at 180.
Remove foil, add cheese and cook for another 15minutes.
