A family favourite
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie or microwave,then stir in the clotted cream until silky smooth and chill for 2-3 hours.
Dip 2 teaspoons in hot water(or a melon baller) and shape a rough ball from the truffle mix.
Drop into the Bioglan raw cacao powder,roll and set aside.
Chill overnight and the truffles will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.
For a twist,try a quarter teaspoon minced chilli.
