I love homemade biscuits. This biscuit recipe is exceptionally for children's parties.

Rub butter and flour together using an electric whisk.

Add in sugar, coconut and beatenegg to form a dough.

Roll the dough out thinly. Cut into 30 rounds using a 5cm. diameter cutter.

Arrange on a bking tray. Bake at gas 4/180C for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool. Dust the top with caster sugar.
