Coconut Biscuits recipe

These biscuits very easy to make and my children love them.

Rubbutter to flour till it resemble fine bread crumbs. Add in salt coconut and sugar.

Mix in beaten egg to form a soft dough. Chill for 10 minutes.

Roll out dough to thinly. Use a roung biscuit cutter and cut into 30 rounds. Transfer the biscuits onto 2 greased baking sheet.

Bake in the centre of the oven Gas 180C/350F/ Gas 4 for 12- 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

  • 150g butter
  • 100g Caster sugar
  • 1/2 beaten egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50g dessicated coconut
