Cod and chorizo orzo

Cook the orzo pasta until just tender.

Salt and pepper the cod, fry for a couple of minutes each side then stick it in a preheated oven to finish/keep hot, I used a bit of oil in the dish.

Fry the chopped chorizo in the pan with a little bit of olive oil, maybe 5 minutes until cooked and the oil comes out. Use a slotted spoon to transfer to a bowl while leaving the oil behind.

Put the pasta in the pan with the paprika and mix into the oil.

Get the fish out and flake onto a plate. I Just did it in the dish it cooked in as it wasn't too oily.

Add the chorizo, fish and peppers to the pasta. Mix well and salt/pepper.

Stir in the parsley and some lemon juice.

Serve the remaining lemon as wedges with the pasta.

Use a big frying pan, it will have to hold all of the ingredients!
