Chop the garlic clove and add to a bowl mix the rest of the dried herbs in. Add a dash of lemon juice.
Rub the mixture onto the prepared cod fillets. Bake in a oven. Cover the cod with tin foil and bake @180 for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and return to the oven for up to 10 minutes.
Serve with egg fried rice and peas.
