Pre heat the oven to 200°C.
In a small ramekin melt the butter and add the juice of half a lemon and several twists of black pepper. Place ramekin in the fridge and allow to set.
Season the cod loin with salt and pepper and then wrap in the parma ham and place in a roasting dish.
Wash and trim the green beans and place into a shallow roasting tin. Drizzle with olive oil until all the beans are coasted then season with salt.
Take the butter out of the fridge and using a knife scrape out of the ramekin and onto the fish. Wash the cherry tomatoes and add to the roasting dish with the fish. Place the fish onto the middle shelf of the oven and the green beans onto the top shelf.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. With around 10 minutes to go heat a little olive oil and butter in a pan and fry the potato gnocchi over a medium heat until nicely browned.
