Had some fish that I bought with #TriedForLess voucher and decided to try something different - we loved it!
place cod loin in shallow dish,
Wash leek and mushrooms then chop into thin slices, and fry in small amount of oil.
Stir half a teaspoon of mustard, a tablespoonful of cream or creme fraishe and a tablespoonful of Tesco cream cheese into the mushrooms & leek mix, pour over the cod and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook for 20-25 minutes, (make sure fish cooked right through)
Serve with boiled baby potatoes or a baked potato, and peas or a green salad
