Coddled egg in an individual brioche recipe

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Remove the tops from the brioche buns and remove some of the inside so that you can crack the eggs into the cavity. Crack the eggs into the created cavities and arrange on a baking tray.

Bake for 6-8 minutes until the egg is set. Remove and season before serving with the tops.

If serving vulnerable groups, elderly people, toddlers, pregnant women and people who are unwell, cook eggs until the whites and yolks are solid.
