The coleslaw salad is a crucial crunchy companion to cheese, salads and more. This creamy salad is perfect in burgers, sandwiches or even on its own!

Combine the onion, carrot, and white cabbage in a large mixing bowl, and toss to mix well.

Whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, seasoning and lemon juice in another mixing bowl. Add to the vegetables and mix well to combine.

Spoon into serving bowls and garnish with a little black pepper, chive stalks and a sprig of parsley.
