Once all biscuits have been used, cover the biscuits completely with remaining whipped cream so that no biscuits can be seen.
Chill in fridge until ready to serve and grate dark chocolate so that this can be sprinkled across the top when serving
A very easy desert to prepare and always goes down well with young and old.
Don't dunk biscuits in coffee too long as the biscuits will dissolve . Instead, quickly dip and spread with cream and repeat...
Any remaining coffee can be dripped over biscuit structure BEFORE completely covered with the whipped cream
