Quick, easy, family favourite that always is polished off in one sitting!

Make cup of strong black coffee and add rum or coffee liquor and leave to cool

While coffee cooling whip cream until stiff and set aside in cool area

Dip cookie in liquid and use knife to spread cream on one side and then stand upright while next biscuit is dipped in coffee and attach to first biscuit and spread cream onto the 'open' side and repeat , creating a long line of biscuits 'cemented' with cream or create circle.

Once all biscuits have been used, cover the biscuits completely with remaining whipped cream so that no biscuits can be seen.

Chill in fridge until ready to serve and grate dark chocolate so that this can be sprinkled across the top when serving

A very easy desert to prepare and always goes down well with young and old. Don't dunk biscuits in coffee too long as the biscuits will dissolve . Instead, quickly dip and spread with cream and repeat... Any remaining coffee can be dripped over biscuit structure BEFORE completely covered with the whipped cream
