Melt the butter, then crush cookies in a food processor. Add the butter to the crushed cookies. Place into 23cm loose bottom tin, place in the fridge to set.
Mix cream and condensed milk together. Zest 4 limes and add to the cream mixture. Juice the 4 limes and add to the mixture, mix with an electric beater for 3 minutes on high.
Add green food clouring, mixing well. Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base and place in the fridge to set. Once set, finely slice the remaining lime, decorate and serve.
