Prepare cabbage. Peel and slice onion, peel and crush garlic.
Heat oil, and add onion, garlic and black pepper. Cook til onion is transluscent then add diced and de-fatted corned beef.
Meanwhile at the same time, cook cabbage separately for about 10 mins. When cabbage is ready add to onion mixture and heat through until you are ready to eat.
Serve on hot plates with a fork. Simples.
