Peel the potatoes and dice them into small chunks, set to boil for 20 minutes.
Add the diced onion to a frying pan to soften, then add the mince. Once turning brown in colour add the stock cube. place this in a large glass dish.
Add the chopped vegetables to the frying pan and give them 5 mins, then add them to the mince.
Add 3tbsp of gravy granuals to a cup of boiling water and stir to a thick sauce, then add to the mince and stir all the ingredients in.
Drain your potatoes and mash with a knob of butter and a splash of milk, season with salt and pepper. Spread the mash over the mince and vegetable mix and drag a fork over the top to give it a striped effect.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and place on the middle shelf of the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes, allow the cheese to get golden and the potato crunchy. Serve when ready.
