country cider chicken recipe

Heat the oil and brown the chicken before adding the bacon. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Place in a casserole with the prunes, and pour over the cider.
Cover and cook in oven at 200C for 45 minutes.
Serve in hot dishes, and spoon over the sauce.

Great served with crusty bread to mop up the juices.
