Fry the onion an garlic in a little oil
Add the quorn and cook stirring gently for about 10 mins
Add all but the courgette and continue cooking for about another 5 / 10 mins.
Meanwhile heat a large saucepan of water until boiling for the courgette juliennes
Keep the quorn mixture warm while you cook the courgette which will only take about 5 mins
Strain the courgette divide between 2 dishes add the quorn topping the add some grated cheese on top
