Crab apple toasties (h)

Lightly toast the sour dough. Finely dice the apple and place in a bowl with the crab meat, chilli, mayo and spring onions. Mix well and season. Top the toast with the crab mixture and scatter over the coriander leaves. Serve with a wedge of lime.
