Cook the pasta as per pack allowing 75g pasta per portion. Mix the crab, chilli, olive oil, garlic, parsley and lemon juice in a bowl.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and toss in the crab mixture. Serve in bowls garnished with extra crab.
This is a dish which can be as hot as you like! Add dried chilli flakes if you don’t have fresh chilli to add heat. Stir through parmesan cheese to add a touch of luxury to this dish.
