Crack egg tarts recipe

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin and spead both sides with butter and press into muffin tin.

Crack an egg into the centre of each muffin bread case. Spinkle with spring onion and cheese.

Bake for  20 minutes until the egg has set.

Tip: You can also add bacon or ham to the muffin bread case before you add the egg.
