Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold salted water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile bring a pan of water to the boil, add the green beans and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they’re tender but still retain some bite.
Whilst the vegetables are cooking, heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned and the chicken is cooked thorugh, with no pink showing. Reduce the heat slightly and pour over the Simply Stir Garlic and Herb Sauce, heat through and stir.
Drain the potatoes and beans, and serve with the creamy chicken.
