Peel and slice the potatoes and put them on to boil. Meanwhile, slice the chicken breasts into chunks and saute in a frying pan, once cooked through add in the mushrooms and continue to cook for 2 minutes before adding the condensed soup.
Transfer to an oven proof dish and pop in the oven at 180°C for 15mins to warm through.
Meanwhile, mash the potatoes with a milk and butter and adding some seasoning. Serve with fresh vegetables.
