Creamy Pesto Gigli

Put on some Tesco *finest Gigli pasta to boil (75g per person).

Meanwhile, slice up some courgette and pepper and stir fry for a few minutes.

When the pasta is done, strain and then put back into the pan on a low heat. Mix in pesto and a generous dash of cream. Grate lots of delicious *finest Grana Padano Riserva parmesan cheese and a twist of black pepper. Once the pasta is covered in sauce, add the vegetables too. Serve with a nice glass of vino for a relaxing Friday night dinner!

For a healthier option, you can leave out the stir fried vegetables and have a fresh salad instead. For a bit of crunch, try adding crispy bacon and rocket on the top, For vegetarians, how about some pinenuts? To bring out their taste, roast very briefly under a grill under lightly browned.
