Take all the sausage meat out of their cases. Break the sausage meat up and fry it off with the onions and 2 garlic cloves. Add the chopped mushrooms. Add 2 teaspoons of paprika. Pour in the wine to deglaze the pan. Cook for 10 minutes until sausages are cooked. Add the basil leaves and creme fraiche and serve with freshly made tesco finest fusilli lunghi
