Boil the new potatoes in salted water for 20 mins, until tender.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and cook for a few mins, to soften.
Stir in the chilli and garlic.
Add the sea food medley and cook for 2 minutes
Add the cream to the cooked medley and cook for a further 30 seconds
Turn the heat off and add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the tender potatoes, return to the pan. t
Add the butter, milk and chives, then mash until smooth.
Serve the creamy seafood over the bed of mash - et voila!
For an alternative you can replace the mash with rice.
