Dice potatoes into small cubes, skin on, par boil for 3 minutes. Drain well, spread over baking sheet & spray with one calorie garlic flavoured oil, sprinkle with garlic salt & fresh chopped rosemary. Cook in hot oven until golden & crispy.

Works well served with meat or fish, with roasted vegetables.
