Crispy lemon Parmesan potatoes HERO

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, zest and some salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes and then add the Parmesan. Cook for 5 minutes and then serve with seared duck breasts and green beans with flaked almonds.
