Slice 20 pieces of crostini from a very thin baguette. Brush with olive oil, season and bake for 7 minutes in a preheated oven at Gas Mark 6, 200ºC, fan 180ºC. Allow to cool.
Rip 4 slices of serrano ham into strips. Cut 5 small figs into quarters or if larger use 4 and cut into eighths. Slice a 150g (5oz) log of goat's cheese, into 20 pieces.
Top the crostini with the cheese, then figs, serrano ham pieces and small rocket leaves.
