Rinse, drain and cut the pork into chops across the grains. Beat every chop with a pestle and sprinkle with Prymat chuck steak seasoning, marjoram, pepper and salt.
Stir an egg with 1 tablespoon of water, Kucharek pinch of seasoning and Prymat chuck steak seasoning.
Coat chops in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry over a strong heat until browned on both sides. Serve with chips and cucumbers with Smak chili.
