Always made this coleslaw with salad, bbq, pizza, chips & coated chicken meals but without the peas. Wanted to add another vegetable, so tried this a week ago and my Husband loved it.

Prepare & dice cabbage, not too finely Peel & grate carrots Finely dice onion Stir together gently with peas Add mayonnaise salad cream and gently stir in.

NO COOKING REQUIRED. ingredients my be adjusted according to your own taste, i.e. more or less onion, carrots, mayonnaise or salad cream. Eat same day.
