Peel and finely chop cucumber. Keep aside.
De-stem and finely chop mint , coriander leaves and green chilli.
Take curd in the serving bowl. Add sugar and salt to taste. Add chaat masala or mango pwd if you like it tangy. Now add chopped mint, coriander and chilli. Mix well.
Now remove water from cucumber by lightly squeezing it. Now add it to curd mixture. Mix well and serve.
Can be served as accompaniment with vegetable rice, biryani, pulao etc. also can be relished on its own.
