In a bowl, combine the beef with the onion, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste, mix and
form into 4 burgers.
Heat up the barbecue. Cook the burgers for about 4 minutes each side (or cook them on a grill pan for about 5 minutes each side until cooked through with no pink showing).
Serve the burgers topped with cucumber, feta and tomato in a toasted roll.
