I really love making these curry puff for a street party. It is so easy to make and to eat. Finger food.

Heat curry paste in a pan, add in minced beef ,chopped garlic and onion. Fry for i minute. Add in potato and and 3 tabelspoon of water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.

Roll out the pastry. Use a round 10 cm. cutter and cut out 20 rounds. Place a tablespoonful of the cool down curry filling in the centre of each round. Moinsten the edges and fold the pastry over and seal the edges.

Make a vent on each pasties to allow the steam to escape. Brush with beaten egg. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in the centre of the oven 220C/ 425F/ Gas 7 for 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

The curry puff can be served hot or cold.
