5:2 Green Bean & Mushroom Casserole recipe

Preheat oven to 375F.

Crush garlic. Cut green beans into 1 inch lengths.

In baking dish, combine soup[, milk, garlic and pepper to taste until smooth. Add green beans and mushrooms. Stir until coated and evenly distributed. Sprinkle onions on top in an even layer.

Bake for 30 t0 35 mins until onions are crispy and sauce is bubbly.

  • 2 C mushroom
  • 1 tin reduced fat condensed cream of mushrrom soup
  • 1/2 C Skimmed milk
  • 2 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 C french fried onions
