Pre heat the oven to 200°C.
Cut pockets into the chicken and fill with the soft cheese. Wrap each breast in bacon so that the pockets are sealed and season each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to an ovenproof dish, and place the chicken breast on top.
Place the dish into the oven and cook for 25 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through).
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti to the packet instructions. Remove the dish from oven and place the chicken breasts to one side to rest.
Add the tomato puree and the herbs to the sauce in the oven dish and cook on the hob for a couple of minutes.
Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce and toss until it is covered thickly. Finally, place the spaghetti into pasta bowls, and put a chicken breast on top of each dish.
Tip: If you have a dish that you can use on the hob and in the oven this will save on washing up, if not, just decant the sauce into a separate saucepan to finish it off on the hob.
