Banana & Sultana Bircher Muesli recipe

Place chopped banana and sultanas in bowl

Pour over the milk, yoghurt and lemon juice

Stir in oats until well combined

Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.

Give the mixture a good stir, spoon into bowls and garnish with banana pieces and cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp Sultanas
  • 100ml Skimmed milk
  • 400ml fat free natural yogurt
  • 1.5 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 150g jumbo rolled oats
  • pinch Ground cinnamon
