Tested the Elfe potatoes for Tesco Orchard and was super impressed. #trieditfree
1) Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and stab the potatoes all over
2) Wash the potatoes and whilst nice and wet, sprinkly maldon sea salt all over the skins
3) Put immediately into the hot over and bake for about 1.5 hours or until the insides are soft and the skins lovely and crispy
Cut the potatoes open, mash the insides with a fork and grind in black pepper.
Eat and enjoy :-)
Tip - If using Elfe potatoes, don't add butter, it will be too rich! Great for those watching their weight.
