Bioglan raw organic cacao truffles recipe

I first made these truffles to test out bioglan organic raw cacao for the orchard programne at tesco after that I've become hooked on them as a sweet healthy alternative to chocolate and my friends love them too!

Soak medjool dates and raisins in a little boiling water for 5minutes until soft then blend together

Add raw cacao powder and ground almonds and blend quickly to mix in

Add chopped mixed nuts of your choice and mix with a spoon then roll mixture into balls with wet hands and place on a cling film lined plate

Place in fridge to chill for 30-60 mins

Take out and dust the truffles with more bioglan raw cacao powder and chopped mixed nuts then refrigerate until needed

These will keep up to a week in the fridge in an air tight container if they last that long
