In a large mixing bowl crush the biscuits into medium size pieces, with your hands. Pour the sugar and cream in. Mix well so that the biscuit pieces are all coated with cream and sugar.

Pour the mixture in a shallow glass bowl and press. Flatten the top and seal all the gaps and holes on it.

Make the jelly as per the instructions on the packet. Pour it on top of the biscuit mixture when it cools to room temperature and just starts to set. Refrigerate for minimum 1 hour.

Decorate with whipped cream and fresh fruits and serve cold after cutting in pieces.

Tips: Make sure you don't crush the biscuits into very small pieces. The sugar should be finely ground or else it may leave water later and make the base soggy.

Do seal all the holes on the top or else the jelly will go all down when poured. Seal all the air bubble holes you see after you pour the jelly. You can use any flavour jelly of your choice.
